Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

re injured

I fell about 4 mo. at my work it was cover by them. I twisted my knee .

I have re injured my same knee but at a part time job I still work the other job.

I am not sure how to handle this.

what are my rights

Make the WC claim at your part-time job. The second injury fund will (should) address any exacerdation of your prior injury by the second one. Your attorney should explain this to you.
