Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Workman's Compensation

I was terminated from my job due to an on-the-job injury, their policy states that they can release me after 180 days if I am not able to return to my job 100%. I have a lawyer, and i have been out of work since August 15, 2008. Why hasnt workmans compensation paid me until i get released from the doctor?

You need to ask your attorney why you are nto getting Temporary Total Disability (TTD) payments. As long as you are represented by an attorney, I cannot advise you any more.
