Legal Question in Immigration Law in Montana

my daughter lives in Lima, Peru ,and they denied her visa to come to visit me, which am a (resident) and my husband is a(citizen)in the United States. What can i do to get some kind of permission to have her come visit me for 1 month? ?

She will have to reapply for a visa again. There is nothing that you personally can do. She needs to prove to American Consult that she is not an intending immigrant and has strong ties to Peru where she intends to return after 1-month trip to USA.
