I met a man from mexico he was here illegally we fell in love and have decided to to things legally he went back to mexico to renew visa but he needs to show he has a lot of money in the bank which he does not have . we want to marry how do we tell them how we met what can we do to marry legally and he come back here

What visa he went to renew to Mexico? Why didn't you marry him while he was in the USA on a visa (or was he in USA illegally/without a visa)? What visa he is applying for in Mexico?
