Legal Question in Immigration Law in Montana
My mom has been trying for several years to get my brothers and sisters into the us.. since 2007 we have paid almost 3000 dollars to have all paperworks and such done, my moms lawyer just recently notified us that since my dad died in 2008 that my mom should refile the i-130 or something to start over with them.. Should we just start over with a different lawyer?

You may want to consult with another lawyer, yes. As to whether you can 'start over' with another lawyer it will depend on your situation. If the I-130 were filed in one of the Family preference categories, there could be a long wait involved.
