Legal Question in Immigration Law in Montana
If my passport is stamped no EoS and no CoS but is NOT stamped "no AoS", does this mean that I can still get marries while I am here in the states and then my husband can sponsor me for a green card because that is considered an AoS?

You need to consult a lawyer in private via email, phone or in-person. Firstly, why your situation warranted such a limitation as "no EOS and no COS"? What visa do you have? When did you come to USA, from what country, when your I-94 expires? What is your prior immigration history?
I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally. If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need legal advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you.
Contact email address: Attorney [@] law-visa-usa.com or LubaSmal [@] yahoo.com . Or you can TEXT a request for a consultation with an Attorney to 1-402-238-1238.
