Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nebraska
Trying to Bankrupy w/o getting divorced?
My husband and I are in deep financial trouble. We owe more that $10,000 in medical bills because insurance didn't cover my pregnancy. We have credit card dept, a Jeep that may of may not get repossed because of payment. If things keep going the way they are going we could loose everything.
My husband is the only one working because I can't get a job. I think because of my credit score. Plus not to mention we have two babies who are caught in this. Any advice on what we should do?

You could try a credit counseling agency, a non-profit one preferably. The agency should be able to assess whether you are to repay your debt through some type of plan. If not, you should consult with a bankruptcy attorney to determine whether a bankruptcy is your last remaining option.
