Pay Day Loans
If I were to file bankruptcy, could I include payday loan companys on my creditor list? If so, what kind of bankruptcy would I file?

Yes, you can definitely include payday or short term loans when you file bankruptcy. The type or chapter of bankruptcy you file would depend on the situation you are in. If you are behind on your house payments or behind on your car payments I would recommend you file a chapter 13. If you are not behind and you mainly owe credit cards, etc., then I would suggest you file a chapter 7 case. I would be happy to talk with you in more detail about your situation.
