Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nebraska

Ok ive been dating my man for 4 years now. Immagration came to his work and picked him up for something. I feel like i am in a blind spot and its really depressing. He is legal here. I am so scared he is going to get sent back to Africa. Can i marry him even though he has an immagration hold?? I don't care how hard it is to marry someone with an immagration hold. I am determined to marry this man he is the love of my life... How do i get ahold of immagration and get information??

If he is released on bond by an Immigration Judge while awaiting his removal hearing in Immigration Court, then, yes, you can marry him. If there is an outstanding deportation order already in place, then there will be no bond and no hearing.

I suggest you hire an immigration attorney who specilizes in deportation/removal defense.
