Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nebraska

My mother was a U.S. resident but was then deported after 5 years of prison. She was give 4 years provation. Can she return to the U.S. after that? Im a U.S. citizen.

I understand that her permanent resident status was revoked and she was deported. What she was convicted for?
