Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nebraska

hi there, my question is...i have an approved i 130, it was approved in 2008. I now want to adjust status with form i 485. Does having an approved i 130 make this process easier. I met an online friend when i came to the states and we ended up getting married after 8 months. I came on a B 2 visitor visa with no intent on getting married..had a return ticket and everything. Does the uscis have a record of the address your staying that you put on form i 94? Because i stayed at her house initially im afraid they will suspect visa fraud which was not the case at all. If they dont have a record, couldnt you just make up a story as to how and when you met? Thankyou for your answers

If your spouse is a USA citizen and you came to USA on a visa, yes, you might be able to apply for adjustment of status (green card) by filing the I-485.
