Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
I have my house in a confirmed CH 13 BK. I no longer live there. The mortgage company just started called me and said it is no longer on BK and is now in foreclosure and collecters will be calling me. Is that possible? I can't reach my attorney.

Yes, you are required to continue making payments despite being in bankruptcy. The collectors can't call you though. If you would like me to substitute in to fix this, you may email me at [email protected]
