Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Will I lose my business?
My husband is a teacher in Nevada and I own a small consignment shop in Kansas. We will file jointly. I am not sure which state, although we do own a house in KS. He retires in 6 months and will have only his retirement money. Will I be able to keep my small consignment shop or will they close it down and sell the inventory that is mine?

Do you require the income from your business to survive?
