Selling a business to a LLC
If I sell my business to a LLC where the owner lists himself as a ''Manager'', what is his liability position?
Do I have any recource in the event he defaults?
Thank You. Your immediate response would be greatly appreciated as time is an issue.
Thank You again.

Is it the purchase price you are trying to guarantee, if so get a personal guarantee.
