i worked at ballys casino as a blackjack dealer in las vegas for 14 years. In those 14 years i was a good employee,never had any problems with customers or co-workers.Came to work on time and did my job. The last 2 years at ballys i began to use meth. I started to call in sick alot and i was late for work atleast once a week.My performance at work was steady declining.They ended up firing me,they drug tested me on the job and i came up positive.They fired me,and at the time they did not offer me help and a chance to go to rehab.What are my rights?I thought by law they are suppose to offer help and rehab.

You needed to come to them first and say you have a drug problem. They found out because they fired and tested you, not because you first came to them and said that you had a problem.
