What is the punishment for Battery with a deadly weapon?

Thank you for your inquiry. In Nevada, assault with a deadly weapon is a felony charge. At a minimum, a Class E felony is punishable by at least 1 year in jail. If you're assault contains any attempted murder allegations, your charge could go up to a Class A felony.

Depends upon the charges filed; multiple years in prison are possible, especially if charges as attempted murder. If it's you, I suggest you get counsel unless you like prison food. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal help, if the case is in SoCal.
