Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
i had called the police on my xboyfriend because he hit me but not severe never closed fist and the police is charging him with kidnapping i think that charge is to severe and extreme what can i do to help him in anyway i dont think he deserves this is was not like that please help!!!

The police always overcharge. If you get a good attorney or public defender he or she should be able to get kidnapping dismissed.
