Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Entry into the united states with a criminal record
Hi,
14 years ago I was convicted of shoplifting and paid a fine of $150. I was 18 years old. I am a canadian citizen. I have never had any other fines or legal issues since then. Am I allowed to enter into the united states for business and personal reasons? Thanks.

Yes. You might want to consider having an attorney seal your record. However, a misdemeanor will not prevent you from coming to the STATES.
