Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Kidnapping
What does the law state about kidnapping and what the extended time is for this charge? How will this be used if it is also part of an armed robbery charge with this not being a first offense? I need basic info please.

If the kidnapping is incidental or part of the robbery it usually cannot be charged separately or at least sustained. Otherwise kidnapping and robber are both serious felonies carrying mandatory prison time. It the kidnapping involves substantial bodily harm it can result in a life sentence.
