Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
minor consumption
As a Nevada resident when I was 19, I got a ticket for minor consumption during a trip to Utah. I'm now 24 and the fine is still pending. Don't they dismiss the ticket after a number of years?

A warrant for an adult is good indefinitely. You were 19 so you were an adult. Only those under 18 get cases automatically sealed. You need to file a motion to quash the warrant or have an attorney do that for you.
