Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

on the run

i was arrested for level 2 trafficking, bailed out. went through all the hearings but failed to show up for sentencing. i'm on the run,if i go to another state can nevada come and arrest me? if so, is there a certain time limit that the law supports and upholds that i can stop running? if so what is the statue of limitations? thank you for your time and trouble. respectfully submitted.

Re: on the run

You will have a warrant for a felony and you will be extradicted back to Nevada. The statute of limitations does not apply as you have already been charged. The warrant will be indefinite. I would suggest getting a criminal attorney in Nevada to handle the matter before you are arrested without bail.
