Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I have a warrent out for my arrest in the State of Washington for probation violation however I currently reside in Las Vegas. I am currently not employed and unable to resolve this in the state of Washington. Is there any way I can take care of this in Las Vegas?

State laws only have jurisdiction over the laws of their state. You can hire an attorney in Washington to take care of the matter for you. That attorney can tell you whether or not you have to go back to Washington for a hearing.
