Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

other attorney told evaluator lies (email)

After I read the final evaluation report I received copies of the emails sent to evaluator before evaluation weekend containing false accusations. Evaluator did not ask me about accusations and even included some in his report. The evaluator did not interview my suggestions and included opinions of opponents friends & family (none had even met me.) Can I file ethics report on that attorney?
