Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Child Visitation

I pay $500/month child support to the mom plus an additional $200 for daycare and visitation expenses when my child is with me. I also pay $300 month for medical, dental, vision coverage for my son. Is Medical, dental, visition, alternate child care on my time considered child support as well?

Re: Child Visitation

No, but usually the Court's order will take into consideration the medical, dental or vision coverage in reducing child support. If you didn't address it at the hearing that set child support, you probably waived it until the three year review. If it hasn't yet been six months, you might be able to get in front of the judge on the grounds of execusable neglect.

If you had an attorney represent you, I would fire him over this mistake.
