Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

community property

My husband says because he pays the rent and utilities in our home, that it is not my home..only his and that I own nothing in it. Also does not regard my contribution, management of our bills, taxes, home maintenance and money I contribute to the home of any value

Re: community property

If you rent the home, neither of you own it. If you are paying off a mortgage, then you have a community property interest. If he pays the mortgage from his money made from his job, you own 1/2 since you married him.
