Can a spouce collect a second pension. My soon to be x-wife recieved a $20,000.00 pension settlement from I.B.E.W. from the divorce she went through before this divorce. Is she entitled to a settlement from my pension. We were only married 3 years.

Of course she can collect as many as she is eligible to collect in a community property state.
