Guardianship no longer necessary

In Nevada my mom was appointed general guardian of my two children. Since then we (myself, my mother and my children)have moved to Arizona. What does my mother and I need to do so that I have guardianship back?

You will need to file a Petition to Terminate the Guardianship here in Nevada, even though you live in Arizona as only the court that issued the guardianship can terminate it.

Then you will have full custody
