owes me money per divorce decree

My ex bought me out of our house for a sum and it is on our decree that he pay me $750.00 on the 15th of the month @ 6% interest until it's paid off(47 payments). He now is saying he doesn't have the money. What recourse do I have to get him to pay on time? Our divorce was final in NV, and I now live in CA

You can bring him back to Court for contempt of court on not paying and to get a Judgment against him for the amount owed upon which you can then execute on.
