plea hearing

i took my baby to the ER cause his arm was hurting him really bad he is 6 mo and they took my 16mo old baby and my 6mo oul and i just came from curt today and i have a plea hearing on the 30th of this mo me and there dad was acuced of abusing him but havent we dont even disaplen them and now they are testing him for brittle bone diesae and we was apponted a attarney from the courts and i just wannt no what happens at a plea hearing i will say not guilty cause i havent done anything but when can i exspect to get my kids back and what happens next.

Re: plea hearing

At the plea hearing you deny the charge and then the Judge will set a trial date. You will not get your kids back unless you are found not guilty.
