purchased property

i puchased a home when i was still married but was seperated from the marriage(not legally)it was bought with seperate funds. they put the papers unmarried because my spouse could not be found.i got a publication divorce for the same reason. now i want to sell my home. what do i do legally i still cannot find the other party?

You put in the divorce decree that the property was separate property (I assume) so I don't understand the problem. Was the house put in both your names when you purchased it? Does the title company need something more than the Decree of Divorce?
