statues of fraud by ex wife

My ex wife is in Nevada. Our daughter is almost 18 and almost graduated. The ex is now saying I verbally agreed to pay for her college (total lie) and will sue me for it. She is angry that child support is stopping soon.

Isn't this covered under the statue of fraud thing?

It isn't in our divorce decree and no where else did I write that I would.

(I paid for my own college)

If your Decree is silent on the subject of you paying for college then there is no obligation for you to do so.
