Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
im a 28 male living in las vegas nv. from el salvador. currently have the tps status for salvadoreans. i would like to become a permanent resident but i dont know what are the chances of gettting approved for a green card , i been in the us since october 2000 , currently i own a house that i bought last year, have a job and never had any felonies or anything like that. i heard that some people apply for a green card after been in here for ten years and get approved.

People you have heard about don't apply for green cards with the USCIS, they are either fighting the deportation charges in Immigration Court and ask for Cancellation of Removal or apply for NACARA.
