Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
i have two children leagal in the u.s. and im about to get deported what do i do
1 Answer from Attorneys
Consult an immigration lawyer to see if you can be eligible for any relief from deportation. Having US-born children by itself doesn't help one to stay legally in USA. You have to be eligible for adjustment of status, or cancellation of removal or some other immigration benefit in order for the judge to let you stay in USA.
I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally. If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need legal advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you.
