my fiancee is a divocee from the Phillipines. Can she get a legal divorce in Nevada?

She can't be a divorcee from Philippines because Philippines don't recognize divorce.

Yes, she might be able to obtain a divorce in the USA provided that she follows all the procedures and notifies her husband.
