Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
My husband was brought to the US illegally by his mom when he was 14. We have been married for over 2 years and have a 5 month old child together. Is there any way he can become legal? If so what is the process?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Yes, he can. However, most likely, he will need to go back to his home country and apply for a visa (when your petition is approved) and a Hardship Waiver. It's assuming that no one ever filed any petition for him and his mother in the past prior to April 2001.
