Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
i had an incident last year in Nevada where my husband push me and they took him in for misdemeanor domestic violence. he did show up to court and gave him some anger management and community service but they told him to go to Mexico so that it would be easy to become a legal resident in the u.s. now i need to know if the incident will affect his eligibility since its not a felony

Yes, it will affect his eligibility for a visa. Crimes of domestic violence can make person inadmissible and deportable. Who told him to go to Mexico? Did you have a criminal defense lawyer? An immigration attorney?
