Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
My mother, my father, my sister, and I have been living illegally in the united states for about 15 years. In 2000, my father applied for legal status under law 245-I, my aunt, his sister, was the one who sponsored him. His case was approved about four/five years ago however, we haven't received any more information. Furthermore, my mother's grandmother is a natural born US citizen but her son was born in Mexico, she never registered him in a American consulate. Is there any chance that he may be granted citizenship? and if so, would that grant my mother citizenship or residency?

You need to take copies of your immigration paperwork and consult a good immigration lawyer (not a 'notario'). There are too many additional questions I need to ask you in order to provide any legal advice.
Your father's I-130 priority date may become current soon (in 2010).
