Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
Is it possible to re-schedule the fingerprint appointment once I file the naturalization application? If it is re-scheduled, does it take another month or so?

Yes, sometimes it's possible. Make sure you reschedule it in advance or shortly after you missed your appointment because not attending biometrics appointment can be viewed as that your application is abandonde.

Hello:
The local Las Vegas ASC office is very flexible. You can walk in with your biometrics notice explaining that you had missed your scheduled appointment. In most cases, Las Vegas ASC will take the biometrics on the spot. Good Luck!
