Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada

i just got my unconditional greencard and i want a divorce. Can my husband apply for annulment and would it effect my legal status?

A general rule is if marriage is annuled, it will affect a green card/permanent resiident status (where it was obtained through a marriage to a US citizen spouse). However, if divorced, it should not affect a green card at this point.
