Did you apply for adjustment of status through marriage to your US citizen spouse?

Or were you placed into removal (deportation) proceedings in Immigration Court?

Why do you think that you are going to be deported? Please be more specific.

You will not get deported. Your wife must file a petition for you and you will be able to adjust your status to permanent residence ("green card") while physically present in the U.S. If you have more specific questions, call us at: (702) 988-1274.
