Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Nevada

I bought a used car thru a dealer about a month ago and 3 days ago it died and wouldnt start back up.the dealer sent his mechanics to check it out and they proceeded to tell me that they have had nothing but problems with this car,The dealer told me of no such problems nor was i aware they just recently did the top side of the engine due to same problem. What can i do to get a different car or my money back?

You need to repost your question in the right category. You posted in Intellectual Property which has nothing to do with your issue. It sounds like the dealer misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and failed to disclose the problems. You may have a right to rescind the contract. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
