Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

I was hit by a pallet jack that a worker was pulling down a aisle. He was coming straight and I was coming out of a aisle. I fell on to my elbow and butt. I'm told that I may be liable also. I'm trying to understand how. And what should I do. I have been in pain for a month now. And out of work for just as long. I'm a driver and can't drive for a long period of time because it hurts my arm.
