Re: selling timehare in florida

Use a Florida deed since the deed will need to be recorded in Florida (assuming, of course, that Florida allows filing timeshare deeds with the county recorder). States have different requirements as to what deeds must contain (witnesses, etc.). If by "deed of sale" you mean purchase contract, you can use any purchase contract you like. If you have a particular worry or concern, consult with me so I have the additional information.

You would need a document for the state where the real property is located, FL. You would be wise to have an attorney go over the form with you and probably make some changes to it before you proceed. We're admitted in all three states and can discuss the differences with you.
