name added to deed on living trust

my mother in law and husband both decided it was best to put our house under his mothers name ''for mortgage purpose'' in her living trust are names do appear..however now that things are not going so well...it seems he is telling me i don't own our home?..i do pay the mortgage monthly..for the past 3 years...can i add title to deed ?..

The issue is "who is the Trustee of your mother in law's trust?" and "who is the beneficiary?". If you aren't both, you have a problem. If you desire, have the Trustee deed the house to you and your husband and your problems go away.

If the Trustee won't, you will probably have to sue.
