Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Mothers Will

My mother died in Mesquite Nevada in May 12 2004. My Mother was remarried for the past 10 years of her life. She left everything to her husband and he to her. Upon their deaths, it is to be divided between my brother, myself and his two children. Neither her husband or Lawyer ever gave us a copy of the will. I never asked, I guess I didnt want to appear greedy. I am still surprized my Mother had it set up this way. I checked Clark County Wills out of Las Vegas Court House. I could not find anything listed. Their Lawyer, Attorney Mckenna wont give us any information . How can I find a copy?

to see if this is correct. Her husband let me get two things out of my Mothers jewelry box and gave the rest of it to his daughter. My Mothers 95 year old Mother who is still alive wont talk to me because she cant believe my Mother left her nothing, not even a piece of jewelry. My Moms husband was very mean and would not give her anything. Anyway, my Grandmother thinks I must have got it all and am not giving her a thing. I would like to prove to my Grandmother this is not true. She has not spoke to me since 2004 . Please help if you can!!!! Desperate

Re: Mothers Will

It is a little late to contest the Will. Maybe your mother had a living trust if you could not find a Probate case in your mother's name.
