i am an air to my grandfauthers estate , he left us someland and some cash ,made the nagbor of 20 years the exzeutor ,we were suppose to get the land when we were 21 never did .also i think they both ripped us off , how can i find out and get my land and sell it

By getting off your chair, that portion sitting there on, and immediately getting yourself a probate attorney. That is an attorney expert in probate/estate planning. Bring him/her all paperwork. Give him a/her all applicable dates, names, addresses, phone numbers. And then let them tell you what their game plan is, higher them, sign their contract and let them aid you.
