Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

My boyfriend and I just broke up after 2 years. He lives in Las Vegas and I moved back to Mississippi. He says he's having his lawyer send me a letter about the laptop and camcorder I took. (which were gifts.) Can he take these things he gave me back? Is this legal?

I doubt he can. If there is not writing regarding the items then I believe it will be presumed to be a gift. If he thought you stole them well then he should have made a police report which I doubt he did.

It sound like he is hurt and just trying to get a response out of you. I would ignore what he says. I highly doubt you will receive a letter from an attorney.
