Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

I am the co-grantor on living trust. My spouse passed away. Can I amend the tust? I live i Nevada and the trust was created in California.

Read the trust document. Most commonly when a husband and wife write a trust, the first to die leaves everything to the survivor without strings attached. If this is the case, you can amend the trust. However, it would be possible to write the trust so that it become irrevocable upon the first of the couple to die. This is rarely done, but if it was done in your case then you cannot amend the trust.
