Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

being left a dying friends total estate worth millions and his final request
i am a female of fifty yrs and have know my friend who is in his late 70's and is dying of prostate cancer who only has at least til end of yr. to live and wants to leave his entire bulk of his estate to me( its worth millions )but has also asked me to marry him.he's a widow with only one child ( son )& ( granddaughter )whom he has already given or will get quite a great gift at his passing,only problem is when he mae up his will several years ago he left everything to his son,but now that we have met(8yrs. ago)he wants to change all this and leave it to me rather we marry or not,but doesnt want me to have to go through what all families end up going through after they pass,( probate,name calling,money whore( sorry had to say this,remember anna nicole smith)well i dont want to be called anna # 2 so please answer me on what we,he,I,should do,( i am living with a gentleman now upstairs from where my friend lives and have for 10yrs.and we have all three talked & he is okay with whatever i want cause in the end we will be living together again. no underage children are involved, he has a grown married daughter & i have a grown 35 yr. old son. HELP IN NEVADA ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest a living trust.
