receiving trust monies early
My father died and left me $25,000.00 in a trust however I may not receive it until I'm 30 yrs old. I have an illness which requires immediate treatment which I cannot pay for. I'm 27 yrs old. Can I get trust monies early to pay for treatments?

Yes you can. You will probably require a letter from the doctor that you would send to the Trustee of the trust.
